Chris Goode is a writer, director, theatre maker and musician. He is the recipient of four Fringe First Awards, as well as the inaugural Stage Special Award. A former Artistic Director of Camden People’s Theatre, Chris now leads Chris Goode & Company, founded in 2011. Chris has presented and produced the theatre podcast Thompson's Live since 2012. His book The Forest and The Field: Changing Theatre in a Changing World was published by Oberon Books in 2015.
Matt Padden is a sound designer working primarily in theatre. He was Head of Sound for the National Theatre of Scotland between 2008 and 2017 and has provided the sound design for a number of their shows, most recently The 306:Dusk with Perth Theatre. Other theatre sound designs include Missing People (Leeds Playhouse / Kani Public Arts Centre), Heroine (STP), Kes and Gaslight (Perth Theatre), Sound Symphony (Independent Arts), Last Orders at the Dockside and The Country Girls (Abbey Theatre Dublin).
Matt received an Offie nomination for his sound design for the original 2018 stage production of Mirabel.
Chris Goode & Company creates welcoming spaces for radical encounters and revelatory experiences.
